- Importance of relationship between the Kid and a teacher is very
essential.
- Education is all about understanding relationships.
- Significant learning happens only through a Significant Relationship.
- I liked all the examples used in the video.

- Each individual is influenced/affected by a teacher or an adult from his
childhood.
- Kids don’t learn from the people whom they don’t like.
3 3. Examples that caught my attention
are ?
- Assignment of teaching poor class, building students self esteem through
positive reinforcement giving +2 marks with a smiley instead of giving -18.
4 4. Why do you think we made you to
watch this video ?
- To reflect and analyse our past and current relationships and
experiences with our students, also relationship we carry with our students.
