(A)What I like in the video is that the teachers attitude and
positive thinking about the students she said that I am the best teacher and
you are the best students let’s put all together so you could show everybody
else how to do it.
She said some basic ideas of teaching like values and
importance of human connections and relationships.

to understand as opposed to being understood, apologizing
