1       1. What you liked in the video ?

     - Importance of relationship between the Kid and a teacher is very essential.

     - Education is all about understanding relationships.

     - Significant learning happens only through a Significant Relationship.

     - I liked all the examples used in the video.

2        2. What idea stayed with you ?

      - Each individual is influenced/affected by a teacher or an adult from his childhood.

      - Kids don’t learn from the people whom they don’t like.

3        3. Examples that caught my attention are ?

      - Assignment of teaching poor class, building students self esteem through positive reinforcement giving +2 marks with a smiley instead of giving -18.

4        4. Why do you think we made you to watch this video ?

      - To reflect and analyse our past and current relationships and experiences with our students, also relationship  we carry with our students.

students come to my center......

          Students come to my center with their own exception.they want to increase their skills, want to get better education, want to improve their English speaking skill,communication skill, computers. they also want good and qualitative teaching, they want their own free space where they express their thoughts(special in life skill class).
          Mostly dropout students come at our center so mainly their expectations are that they want employable skill to get employment, so the most of their requirement are that they want to learn basic computers, English speaking skill, communication skill, want to learn basic interne, they also want to learn the workplace skill like how they should behave at their work place, how they should talk with their superior.

Why do you think learners come to your centres?

Ans. Learners come to us mainly for learning skills of a particular trade and after the completion of the course for employment. Our institute's  ratio  of self-employment and employment is 93% as lure for most of the trainees for earning their livelihood. After the completion to the trade training we call for MNCs collaborated with us for giving employment of our trained trainees for campus interview. Most of the trainees placed in the companies and remaining trained trainees or not interested in placements and wanted to own their enterprises they are supported through loaning from PNB.Sulhi and another bank Gramin Bank of Darla provide loan from 15000 Rs to 100000 Rs. For training purpose our institute focused on mostly practical training and theory is written by trainees themselves after understanding the practical.

                             REASONS FOR LEARNERS COMING TO MY CENTRE 

My students come to my training center with a lot of expectations. They want to get a better education. Free access to a lot of stuff. Library, computer access, sports fields, indoor facilities, etc. They want to be more qualified, Meet higher expectations, Secure their future, A better lifestyle, Improve their discipline, Learn from experts, Learn to organize thoughts clearly, Find their  direction,  Meet new people,  Fulfill their dream, Change careers, Learn something new, A friendly atmosphere, More Career Opportunities, A Better Future for Them. For these reasons students are coming to my centre.

The most thing i liked from this video is that what she talked about the students and teachers relationship and what real life example she gave , i liked the most.

                   And this module is mostly base on our role as a facilitator, we play multiple role as a facilitator with our students so before going deep on this module we have to know the student- teachers relations ship, that how as a facilitator we can became a part of our students' sucess.
                   so for me behind these reasons you show us this video in the beginning of the module.

What idea stayed with you?

The most things stayed with me are:

• All learning is understanding relationships
• teaching and learning should bring joy.

                       In  classroom  environment  the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students is an important element contributing to the learning  process of students.so to make class effective having good relationship with students  is necessary .

             Mostly i liked all example which she gave and also i liked the sentences which she mentioned here but for me the best sentences i caught from this video are:

and the another i liked the most is that
