The most thing i liked from this video is that what she talked about the students and teachers relationship and what real life example she gave , i liked the most.
And this module is mostly base on our role as a facilitator, we play multiple role as a facilitator with our students so before going deep on this module we have to know the student- teachers relations ship, that how as a facilitator we can became a part of our students' sucess.
so for me behind these reasons you show us this video in the beginning of the module.

ReplyDeleteIt indeed is true that before we understand what facilitation is, it is important that we understand who we are as facilitators. And one of the defining aspects of understanding this is to reflect on our relationship with our learners.
Although in previous weeks / module we explored our relationship with our learners - in this module we wanted you to think of how you would define for yourself who you are as a facilitator.
It might be useful for you to think about your definition of being a facilitator and articulate it for yourself.

ReplyDeleteafter your this comment i try to articulate my self and now i clear about my role of the facilitator and also have clear idea that why it is necessary to have understanding our relationship with our learners.
