Learners come to my training centre with a lot of expectation. These learners fall in the category of adult learners. They were already de-motivated from life due to several reasons. They come to the centre with a lot of hope of reforming their life. So, they require information about the skills and knowledge that can provide them job. They want them to be treated as adults not as kids. So, they always seek for opportunities which can make their present condition better. They always want to learn new things.
A dedicated space to build the community of facilitators. A space in which we can articulate and archive our thoughts, ideas, experiences and seek answers to our questions and clarifications. The more we engage, the more we learn; the more we learn, the more we transfer. Welcome to the journey of life-long learning! :)

Thanks Luna! Your articulation is quite broad and beyond the listing of skills. There are lots of needs that seem to have a need for an environment that is multifaceted and could accommodate all these needs of your learners. Try and explore how the factors like adult learners, demotivated, need for reformation all play together in shaping the expectations of your learners. That would also give you tools to evaluate your interventions and align it to suit your learners' needs.
