Elements of a teaching approach

Teaching approach: Describes the nature of the subject matter to be taught. It is an assumption or guess which may or may not be accepted as effective. I feel that it is a self-evident way  of reaching the desired goals. It needs no support to justify its effectiveness .It is related to content and methodology  centered with teacher and student.

In the first video the teacher is going to teach in a lecture method and no interaction with students .It is assumed that students may or may not respond the questions but teacher has to finish the content or subject  matter in time  limit. The teacher is asking questions about the democracy but students are not able to answers as they might have not understood or heard before .But this video gives peep into consideration that it may possible in some  situation but a teacher can make facilitation interesting and understandable to students by virtue of realia.

In the second video the teacher is going to interact with each student and  asking questions to all one by one without bouncing questions but willingly of each individual. It enhance their confidence and the session is interesting and interactive as the teacher is also the part of activity based learning.
