REASONS FOR LEARNERS COMING TO MY CENTRE
My students come to my training center with a lot of expectations. They want to get a better education. Free access to a lot of stuff. Library, computer access, sports fields, indoor facilities, etc. They want to be more qualified, Meet higher expectations, Secure their future, A better lifestyle, Improve their discipline, Learn from experts, Learn to organize thoughts clearly, Find their direction, Meet new people, Fulfill their dream, Change careers, Learn something new, A friendly atmosphere, More Career Opportunities, A Better Future for Them. For these reasons students are coming to my centre.
Thanks David! That is a bunch of needs you have listed in your post. It will be interesting to understand how one course that you offer helps you meet all these multiple needs in your learners and the challenges that accompany the implementation. It would be interesting to note how you prioritise which needs you address first versus those that you would assume will happen as a byproduct of your intervention. Keep understanding these needs and do constant check of how your programs address these.
