Ans. I liked in the video the way of facilitation and articulation of the facilitator. It is interesting to see that how a facilitator can be a good and effective teacher and facilitator if he/she has understanding of students and better relationships.

ReplyDeleteHuman connections are indeed essential and many times it is hard as a facilitator to keep an eye on this as we have interact with large number of students. It is wonderful that you picked that up from the video. We would like to hear more from you in the following weeks as to how you establish human connections with your learners.
